图片来源:Science2018 年,由 Laurence Zitvogel 带领的法国团队在 Science 发表了题为 Gut microbiome influences efficacy of PD-1–based immunotherapy against epithelial tumors 的论文 [2],报道了癌症患者对 PD-1 免疫疗法响应程度的高低,与肠道微生物的组成关系密切。阿克曼菌正是关联性最高的细菌种类之一,对 PD-1 疗法不响应的患者,体内的阿克曼菌水平更低。
图片来源:Nature Medicine2019 年 7 月,来自比利时的 Patrice D. Cani 带领团队在 Nature Medicine 发表了题为 Supplementation with Akkermansia muciniphila in overweight and obese human volunteers: a proof-of-concept exploratory study 的论文 [3],使用人类临床数据证明嗜粘蛋白阿克曼菌可以显著改善肥胖和超重人群的代谢指标。

1 个月后,西班牙 Carlos López-Otín 团队再次将阿克曼菌带上了 Nature Medicine。这篇题为 Healthspan and lifespan extension by fecal microbiota transplantation into progeroid mice 报道了阿克曼菌移植能够患者早衰小鼠的衰老 [4]。除此之外,阿克曼菌被报道能够用于癫痫、渐冻症等多种疾病的治疗。所以,为了保护这种「万能」的益生菌,我们还是少喝点代糖饮料吧~参考文献:1.
