英国“复古犯罪”：恶意“顺”手牵羊
As reported, since the mid-1990s, crime has been declining constantly in Britain with very few exceptions. And the British policemen must be pleased with their quiet work. On the contrary, they are so nervous that they are worried about the rising online fraud affected by the sophisticated global criminal networks.
据悉，自从上世纪九十年代起，英国的犯罪率就在不断下降，除开极少数个别犯罪案件。估计英国警察应该很开心享受他们的闲暇工作时间。相反的是，英国警察特别担忧在全球精密犯罪网络下不断上升的网络诈骗。
As the British policemen wish, an old-fashioned crime rushes Sheep Stealing to bother them in recent years. According to the related research, the cost of the thefts of farm animals began to soar, especially the stolen sheep. Moreover, the insurers declaimed that the rise would continue. Even, the police had organized some certain activities to ask the farmers whether their sheep had been stolen or not. How devoted the British policemen are!
正如英国警察所愿，近年来“复古犯罪”向他们袭来。根据相关研究表明，农场主的牲畜被偷成本开始飙升，尤其是被偷的羊。此外，保险公司称被偷事件将会持续恶化。甚至，警察都组织过相关活动询问农场主是否发生羊被偷事件。英国的警察多敬业啊！
Especially, August is a particularly best time for thefts. Because lambs are fat and ready to be eaten at that time. As the thefts are too lazy to raise the lambs, they choose to steal them instead of raising sheep. But it is illegal, please don’t follow them! As the stolen sheep, the thefts must send them to the temporary slaughter houses or the illegal ones. Later, the meat is also sold illegally.
尤其，八月份是偷羊贼们的最佳时间。因为那时羊羔肉肥正是盘中餐。估计偷羊贼们都太懒了，所以不养羊跑去偷羊。总归这是不合法的，不要学他们哦！因为是被偷的羊，所以偷羊贼只能把羊送去临时屠宰场或者非法屠宰场。然后，羊肉也只能非法出售。
Why do the thefts catch for the sheep? The price of the lamb has risen, making it an appetizing option. As the result of the lamb price's going up higher and higher, more and more thefts put their mind to the lamb. If there is quite profitable, it easily results in crimes. Seemingly, the world is a little weird!
为什么小偷们打羊的主意？因为羊肉的价格在上涨，使偷羊成为一个极具诱惑力的选择。由于羊肉价格越来越高，导致越来越多的小偷们“关注”羊。有利可图，常常就容易出现犯罪。看来，这个世道有点奇怪！
Another reason is that the target sheep are easy to steal. Unlike the cattle which are of electronic ID tags and passports, the sheep are simply labelled with ear tags which are easy to move away without any trace. OMG, the thefts are skilled in taking full advantage! Perhaps, the thefts could easily achieve success if they concentrate their cleverness on other aspects!
另一个原因就是羊很容易偷。不像牛有电子身份标签和护照，羊只有简易的的耳标。而且，羊的耳标很容易就能取下来并无迹可寻。妈呀，这偷羊贼太能钻空子了！如果偷羊贼将他们的聪明放在别处，说不定他们很容易就成功！
As a human being, we should obey the rules and respect others’ diligent work. If we all do like the thefts, it leads to a lot of social unrest. Consequently, all should earn their living with appropriate means!!!
作为一个人，我们应该遵循规则并且尊重他人的辛勤劳动成果。如果我们都向偷羊贼一样，那么就该社会动荡了。所以，所有人应该以合适的方法手段自食其力！！！
